Hawaii to Host Fall Ayurveda Retreats
The Ayurveda Center of Hawaii on the island of Kauai has announced it will offer two wellness retreats this fall. Pancha Karma, a 10-day cleansing and rejunvenation program, will take place at the Hanalei Colony Resort in Ha'ena on Kauai's north shore, Sept. 15-25, 2005.
Included in the cost ($3,500 per person, double occupancy) are full accomodations, transportation to and from the airport, three organic meals a day, and seven days of the Pancha Karma program, including personalized consultations, daily body treatments, cleansing procedures, and a notebook journal.
The Ayurveda Yoga Lifestyle Retreat, also called the Yoga Vacation, is scheduled for Oct. 1-7, 2005, at the Tara Retreat Center in Hilo, on the big island of Hawaii. The 7-day retreat includes accomodations, airport transportation, three meals a day, daily group yoga and meditation sessions, a consultation, a massage, discussions, and group excursions. The cost for the retreat is $2,300 per person, double occupancy. Discounts are offered for bookings paid in full by July 1, 2005.
