The Spa at the Phoenician Resort at Scottsdale, Ariz. - 88 points:
The massage mice received a very good massage at the Phoenician Spa. The massage pressure and technique was very good. The therapist asked the pertinent questions to receive feedback. The waiting room and the changing room were sub par. The changing room was flooded and not clean, and the robes were a rough terry cloth. The massage room itself had a strong background noise caused by the air conditioning unit. The music was excellent with a strong Southwestern accent. Both mice received a very deep massage. The female mouse had requested a lighter more Swedish style massage. The reservations desk did not inform the mice that a 10-minute trip by golf cart was necessary to get to the spa. The reservations system was otherwise very good.

Covent Garden Hotel and Spa in London, England - 82 points:
The massage mice received a good massage at the Covent Gardens Hotel and Spa in London. The massage pressure and technique were very good. The therapist did a particularly good job on following up on feedback. Unfortunately, the massage table was so bad as to be completely distracting. It was old, rickety, and rocked back and forth during the massage. The massage room, changing room, and waiting room were small and cramped. Nothing was done to enhance the ambiance of the massage. Reservations were handled promptly and efficiently. This was a massage experience that could have easily been dramatically improved with attention to the massage table and the massage room environment.
